8.07.2015. St Kitts and Nevis continues its trend as low-tax jurisdiction


The Government of St. Christopher and Nevis continues to offer increased attractive tax incentives in an effort to position St Christopher and Nevis as the jurisdiction for choice for doing business and living.

The Federal Government has reduced corporation taxes by two per cent that increase companies profit margins allowing them to reinvest in research and development, innovation and charitable activities.

In an effort to improve the quality of life of citizens and residents of the Federation, the Government has also removed the 17% Value Added Tax from food and medication that doubt increase the disposal income of consumers and will spur economic activity in the Federation.The Nevis Island Administration has reduced stamp duty on the transfer of property from 12% to 10%.
