26.02.2015. ABLV Bank, Latvia issues bonds and informs about changes in tariffs

Under the bond issue programme, ABLV Bank, AS, has performed two more coupon bond issues, their total size amounting to USD 75 million and EUR 20 million at face value. During initial placement, the bonds were acquired by 87 and 40 investors respectively. The issues were performed under the Fourth Bond Offer Programme, and the bonds are planned to be admitted to the regulated market – Baltic bond list of Nasdaq Riga — on 24th of February.

We would also like to pay your attention to the main tariff changes in ABLV Bank. These changes will come into force on 1st April, 2015. Following fees are being reduced:

  • for payments in all currencies within the bank (to 1,5 EUR, except USD payments that will be charged with 5 EUR);
  • for standard payments in AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, CZK, DKK, GBP, ILS, JPY, NOK, SEK, SGD (15 EUR) and for urgent payments in CHF, GBP, PLN (30 EUR);
  • for outgoing payments in EUR within the EEA, if the payment amount does not exceed EUR 10 000 ( standard payment- 10 EUR, urgent- 20 EUR).

The fees from 100 USD until 150 USD will be applied to payments in USD if the beneficiary bank is in Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, Estonia, or Cyprus.

The fee for current account maintenance will be equal to 50 EUR per month.
