If you intend to use the acquired company longer than a year, we recommend accepting our offer concerning annual notice about maturity of payment for annual support of the company, since the failure to make this payment can result in consequences adverse to your offshore company:

• The company shall be deleted from the Company Register, and returning of it shall involve lasting and costly! Re-incorporation procedures
• Contracts and instruments executed on behalf of the company shall promptly become null and void.
• If a Power of Attorney has been issued to nominal Directors of the company for operating of bank account, the bank is entitled to block the company’s account upon expiration of the Power of Attorney except in case of prolongation thereof.
