The costs of the offshore company include:
- incorporation of offshore company, payment of state fees
- costs of the services of registered agent
- costs of registered address
- set of basic documents-certificate of incorporation with Apostille, articles (memorandum) of incorporation, appointment of director(s), share certificate(s), corporate seal
- in case of offshore company with nominal services -general power of attorney, Panama, Cyprus general power of attorney with Apostille, declaration(s) of trust(s), agreement on, letter(s) of resignation from director(s)
- costs of courier mail to destination indicated by the buyer
The costs of annual support (starting from the 2nd year) include:
- payment of the fixed annual state fee
- costs of the services of registered agent (secretary)
- costs of registered address
- in case of offshore company with nominal services - remuneration of the nominal services and costs of granting of a new power of attorney
