Once you have made decision, we offer to select from the following on-line order forms to fill in:
A customer contract can be made at the customer's choice.
- Order settlement
Once you have filled in the on-line order form, e shall immediately (or during the day) e-mail (or send by fax, at the customer's choice) to you the invoice. The invoice is presented in one of the following currencies, at the customer's choice: in USD, in EUR, in GBP according to the rates of our company
Settlement can be made, at your option, by transfer to our account or cash payment in Riga or Moscow.
- Delivery of documents
Courier mail delivers documents to the address indicated by the customer. The costs of document delivery are included in our tariffs. In case of purchase of a ready-made company the documents are dispatched immediately (during the day) after confirmation of settlement. In case of incorporation of a new company or opening of bank account, the order fulfillment period is either separately agreed with the customer or depends on peculiarities of the selected jurisdiction or bank - from one day to two months
