Gibraltar Awaits Changes in Corporate Tax System 22/12/2008 | | Few years ago Gibraltar worked out a new corporation tax system, which has been a sore point for all these years and was followed a challenge to Gibraltar's legitimacy by the European Commission (EC), an argument based on Gibraltar's fiscal autonomy from the UK.
