| Hong Kong Companies Registry has announced that there were 52,824 new local companies registered in Hong Kong during the first half of this year, of which a total of 460 have been new overseas companies, thus making a 45.57% growth of overseas companies registration comparing to the same period last year. The total number of overseas companies registered in Hong Kong at the end of June 2008 stood for 8,326, which is 245 upwards the last year total numbers. |
