| There have been made provisions of the Companies Act 2006 (coming into force on 1st October 2008) concerning:
- COMPANY NAME: option of making complaints about “opportunistic registration”.
- TRADING DISCLOUSURES: company name must be displayed at its registered office, its inspection place, its place of work and in business correspondence and documents (dormant companies will exempted from this inquiry).
- CORPORATE DIRECTORS: in the company there has to be at least one director who is a natural person.
- SHARE CAPITAL: option of reducing the amount of share capital by special resolution supported by a solvency statement made by the directors. |
