BVI company formation statistics sets new records | BVI has become in second position after Switzerland in registration new companies in 2007. BVI Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) reported that in 2007 were registered 77022 new companies in the BVI.
By the data of BVI FSC, of 851595 companies registered on BVI by the end of last year, 404321 have status of active companies; - it means that almost 50% of all the companies ever registered in the BVI are active until now. | | |
