| In July 2004 FATF (Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering) published the current list of non-cooperative countries and territories were as follows:
- Cook Islands
- Indonesia
- Myanmar
- Nauru
- Nigeria
- Philippines
The most recent list (the seventh), was published in June 2006, only the following country remained designated as non-cooperative – Myanmar, who was delisted in Oct. 16, 2006. Since then, the list is empty.
