Annual franchise tax increase in USA, Arkansas | The State of Arkansas has passed legislation which increases the minimum annual franchise tax assessed to Arkansas corporations and LLCs from $50 to $150.
Additionally, the new legislation changes to the filing due date for the Annual Franchise Tax Report & Tax Payment from June 1 to May 1.
These two changes will be effective starting this year. | | |
