The European Union promised to examine the dual taxation 13/05/10 | | The European Union has promised to take measures for the decision of a dual taxation problem of individual businessmen and the companies leading the activity in more than one country. For these purposes till June 30, 2010 the European Commission will carry out on-line public consultations to examine, how the taxation system works for the same income of companies working in more than one jurisdiction. Consultations concern all direct taxes, including the income tax, a corporate tax, the tax to the realised growth of capital and the tax to sources of income. | | |
