| The government of France has constituted own blacklist of jurisdictions which are not corresponding to the international standards of a financial transparency. To the French companies, maintaining financial relations with these jurisdictions will be applied tax sanctions. There are 18 countries and territories entered into the list – Anguilla, Belize, Brunei, Costa Rica, Dominica, Grenada, Guatemala, Cook Islands, Marshall Islands, Liberia, Montserrat, Nauru, Niue, Panama, Philippines, Sent-Kits and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. |
